Hello

Simple ovarian cysts usually only require follow up ultrasound. There are chances of spontaneous regression as it is small in size.
Simple cysts are generally asymptomatic but they may require treatment if there is infection, enlargement in size etc.
Your condition need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Tumour markers can also be done in patient with ovarian cyst.

For right hip bursitis, you may need conservative treatment like ice compression, rest and analgesics.Steroid injections are also very helpful.
It need proper orthopedic evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
