hi, yesterday i had my ultrasound and it was diagnosed that my right ovary have multiple small anechoic cysts measuring 0.2-0.6 cm while my left ovary is converted to a thin-walled multiloculated cyst measuring 6.4x4.5x3.8cm. There is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac. It was also diagnosed that my uterus is anteverted with thin endometrium. What should i do? Are polycystic and multicystic ovary severe?I'm so worried pls.help.tnx
