Hello and welcome to HCM, Bilateral ovarian endometrial cysts can cause disturbances in menstrual cycle and can also interfere with ovulation. Endometrial cysts of ovaries can bleed and cause hemorrhage and these changes can cause lower abdominal pain. The two cysts are of medium sizes - 2.8 and 2.3 cm and they need to be monitored regularly to monitor any change in size or any secondary changes. If there is increase in size of the cysts or secondary changes like hemorrhage then surgically removal of the cyst may have to be done. There is presence of fibroid in anterior wall of the uterus measuring 1.6 cm in greatest diameter. Fibroids of this size are usually asymptomatic and its location in anterior wall may not interfere with uterine functions. Thus, a close follow up with a gynecologist of required to monitor the ovarian cysts and fibroid.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
