General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
According to NABL laboratory reference range for the CA-125 So your level is not so high.
So it could be due to benign cyst.
Cancer possibility is less.
But regular follow up should be done.
I would suggest to tell the doctor about Risk of malignancy index (RMI)
RMI score will depend on the menopause age, Ultrasound abnormality and CA -125 level.
If it will high (>200) then high possibility of malignancy.
Hope this may help you

Best regards
