Dear selvina, as per the history you narrated it seems that your dear father has been suffering from prostate enlargment. Renal problems may be secondary to diabetes or prostate. It is better to go for prostate specific antigen, kidney function test and liver tests. Prescription can only be advocated after proper diagnosis of the underlying condition.
