Suggest Treatment For Dark Colored Skin On Thighs

m a girl 4m assam..m obesed..my thighs near d sex organ part is very dark coloured which looks very dirty..also when i was a small girl i used 2 pull the two petals like structures near the urinary organ due to which the petals have turn into an ugly long structure..m depressed because of this..m afraid that my sex life with my husband wil ruin coz of this..plz help..m 19 yrs old
