Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain, you used Triamcinolone containing cream on face and that is a steroid and long term use of steroid containing cream has several side effects on face like shin thinning, rashes, increased pigmentation, black patches on exposure to sun after applying cream, pimples, increased hair growth on face and dilated veins under skin..
After using the cream for long duration of time the skin becomes steroid dependant and if you stop the application suddenly there are withdrawal side effect like rashes, blemishes, itching, pimples etc and it is this same thing happening with you..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he will advise you a tapering method of cream withdrawal that is applying the cream regularly for week followed by applying every alternate day and gradually stopping the use..
As of now you can continue applying the cream and see a dermatologist soon..
Do cool compresses on face and avoid sun exposure as it can increase blemishes..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
