Suggest Treatment For Dark Patches On The Forehead

HI,doctor! I am Ravali and i am 19 years old. I have dark patches on my forehead and around my eyes. My doctor had prescribed me to use sunscreen photostable spf40+ on exposure to light as a treatment for hyperpigmentation she has told me to apply glycovira 12% in the afternoon and biluma cream at night . Bt i find tht glycovira cream does decrease my pigmentation day by day bt i feel whenever i apply biluma?photostable my complexion comes back to what it was earlier(darker). can u just me some correction in the treatment procedure, if required. Thankyou.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Glycovira contains Glycolic acid and is effective in depigmentation , therefore you should continue using it..
As far as Biluma is concerned it contains depigmentin ingredients like Kojic acid, abutin etc and are also helpful in reducing Hyperpigmentation..
I would suggest you to continue using both the reams..
You should also add salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Apply Vitamin E gel and azelic acid containing creams..
You can exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub..
Limit sun exposure..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and photofacials..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards,
Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
