Suggest Treatment For Dark Pigmentation Ion Underarms

After repeated research i went forward and used meladerm on my dark underarms for a wk. Today i observed that my underarms have turned a bit darker or in other words they look a bit different. Im not sure if this is temporary since meladerm contains all natural ingredients with kojic acid. Is this temporary or should i discontinue its use.kindly advice.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Dark under arms may be harmless but for cosmetic reasons, treatment may be required.

Any form of hormonal imbalance such as diabetes and hypothyroidism can cause hyperpigmentation and treatment of the cause can reduce the excess pigmentation.Kindly check your blood sugar,TSH,Free T3 ,T4 levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
