Suggest Treatment For Dark Spots, Blemishes On Cheeks And Nose

Doctor I am having dark sports n blemishes on my cheek n nose. I tried kojivit, bleminor n all vichy pigmentation removing products. I am very disappointed as none of these products worked for me moreover these marks are increasing gradually. Kindly suggest me good ointment as my skin ie very sensitive .can I take vitamin e capsules orally or you suggest me which vitamin should I take Regards Poonam
