Suggest Treatment For Debilitating Cramps In My Hands And Feet

I am experiencing debilitating cramps in my hands and feet. Also my taste buds are shot. I had 3 cortisone injections for my back and had a metallic taste in my mouth for about a month. The taste bud issue is what s remaining. It s been about 3 months.

I would advise you to drink atleast east 3 litres of water per day.
Also, do blood test for sodium and potassium.
