Suggest Treatment For Decreased Heart Function And Kidney Problems

My husband is 71yrs old had quadruple bypassing 1999 had a pacemaker/defibulater inserted in 2010, this past week he had to have the batteries replaced, we have been told his Hearst function has gone from 50 percent to 20. What are we looking at he cannot have an angiogram done, his kidneys are not good.

get the pacemaker replaced. can take ecg and consult cardiologist. can have kidney function done. analyse the result and consult cardiologist.
