i have severe headaches very achy dizzy pressure in neck swollen glands my mri shows degenerated disc arthritis, doctors said migraine no pain meds work or migraine medicine, I seeing a physical therapist and he says he says possible virus or infection, he says I m getting worse wit physical therapy?
