My son was just informed he has nerve damage an spurs with degenerative disk on T 11 an T 12 .. If you were his Dr. what would you recommend for him? He is 38 years old an a Corporal in a prison system. He has to be in tip top shape to do his job. I appreciate anything you could tell me. He was just diagnosed today.. His pain is just starting an it is in his hip region right now. No surgery has been done yet..
