Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Repeated abortion and miscarriage amounts to bad obstetric history and hence needs to be evaluated. Three common things what you need to be evaluated for are: 1. Any growth in the uterine cavity like polyp or fibroids - This can be investigated by ultrasound examination of pelvis. 2. Presence of pelvic inflammatory disease - This can be done by clinical examination and also investigated by ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis. 3. Functioning capacity of cervix - This can be checked by per-speculum examination and passing of uterine sounds to check for cervical competence.
