Suggest Treatment For Delay In Menstrual Bleeding

Hi, my names destiny and I haven t had my period in a month and 13 days. Im not sexually active and i eat healthy on a daily basis. My friend said it could be a cyst if so, how do i treat it. this happened last year for 5months. I went to a gyno but they never said what was wrong.

You have to consult gynecologist for examination and accordingly cause further treatment guided...

Following causes has to be ruled out like....
-Ovarian cyst
-hormonal problem
-Diabetes by random blood sugar
-Thyroid problem by serum TSH
-Excess stress
-Obestity etc...

According to cause further specific treatment can be guided

If needed hormonal pill can be prescribed for hormonal problem and ovarian cyst

Avoid taking stress...

If history of unprotected intercourse present than pregnancy should be ruled out...
