Suggest Treatment For Delayed Onset Of Puberty And Monorchism

Hi I m 18 years old, 19 in a few months and I am yet to hit puberty. I think the reason for this is that I only have one testicle. I do have some under arm hair and some pubic hair but not much. I m also pretty short for my age. I want to get help but I feel way to embarrassed to tell my parents or go to a doctor.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would really be best to tell your parents and go to the doctor because you may need blood tests to check testosterone levels and testosterone replacement.

With one testicle, it is possible that the testosterone levels may be low and replacement of testosterone would help.
This needs to done before there is no chance of further growth occurring. This would occur if the wait is too long.

It would be best to be seen.

I hope this helps
