Whether she is having schizophrenia or not, should be confirmed with a good psychiatrist. In psychotic illnesses individuals have poor judgement and if she is running a business then that may prove harmful both financially and in terms of reputation. If her psychiatrists are not available then in such situation I d advise you to take her to some other psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment. Recent advances in medicines have resulted in good prognosis of psychiatric disorders. Medicines like antipsychotics as Olanzapine, Quetiapin, Risperidone, Aripiprazole etc are used in patients with psychotic symptoms and these medicines also help in reducing the bipolar symptoms. For her mood stabilisation medicines like Valproate or Lithium Carbonate etc can help. Please consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these medicines and for treatment of her symptoms.
