yes. My wife was diagnosed with dementia caused by her receiving 5 weeks of full brain radiation at the city of hope back in 2003. she now has been diagnosed with a medical code for dementia of F 03.90 and I don t know what that means? can you help?

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra-cranial (inside the brain) causes. Drugs like donepezil can be tried.
