Psychiatrist 's  Response
it's safer to go with the judgement of Psychiatrist as he is ina better position to make a diagnosis than to a hypnotist.
Moreover, these symptoms are consistent to schizophrenia and no depression.
I would suggest augmenting respire odour with one more drug or shifting her to different drug should be tried if not tried previously.
One thing you will have to keep in mind that the prognosis in such condition are very poor. Her problematic symptoms can be controlled by sedatives and valproate.
NOTE: DO NOT CHANGE OR STOP DRUGS WITHOUT CONSULTING YOUR TREATING DOCTOR.
Thanks.
