Suggest Treatment For Depression And Aggressive Nature In A Teenager

What medication is suitable for a young 16yr old who is suffering from consistent low mood, not sleeping through the night, broken sleep, arguementitive with everyone, poor body image, not wanting to be in this world but hasn t the courage to end it(her words)! Self harming, upper thighs and upper arms, the list goes on ,,,,canot take any critism ,,,,crys every time she talks about emotions. Personalises everything and extremely self critical Thank you
