Suggest Treatment For Depression And Anxiety

I m suffering from depression and anxiety I take kloohpin 0.5 mg 3xa day but I m afraid to take my antidepressant because i had a bad reaction to other ones plus had altricial reaction to a nausea med,so now just trying to put the pill in my mouth gives me panic and rasias my blood pressure ,also my feet and legs stay numb all the time,can anxiyey cause all this problems please help !!

It is best you consult a Psychiatrist for the treatment of your Depression and also ask about Cognitive behavioural therapy. You can ask about Tablet Escitalopram which is a good antidepressant.
