I have a hypoactive thyroid, I had a baby 10 months ago. My tsh levels had been off but for the last couple months were normal. I have been having bad mood swings and very irratiable. My mood can change with in minutes sometimes I feel sad. It not everyday that this happens. It happens a few times a week but it is getting worse. It has ruined my relationship with my babies father. Please help me understanding what is going on with me.
I went through your details. If you have hypo active thyroid, you must be taking treating medicines also for that condition. If not, please do that. As you are getting treatment, mood swings and other problems should be at minimal level. If not, you should tell that to your endocrinologist and request for further additions in your treatment. Otherwise, you should consult a psychologist for help through psychotherapy methods.
