Suggest Treatment For Depression And Personality Disorder

I dont know where to start, I think I have maybe a social disorder , avoidant personality disorder, but lots of family arguing has led to depression too. I'm so scared to even talk to anyone, I want this to be completely anonymous and I show all the symptoms of schizophrenia. I'm at a loose end. This is my last resort.
