Since you are having tightness in the chest, you need to get physically examine by a GP, tightness in the chest can be an early symptom of
Asthma.
Continue to do the breathing exercises. If its helping than you may not need inhalers. But you may need it if your breathing is getting labored.
Stay away from
stress,
anxiety & negative people who disturb you physically or emotionally. Try to relax, take nutritious food, plenty of juice, soup & water. Take adequate sleep.
Avoid addictions if any & stay away from sedentary life. For
depression & panic attacks, take the help of a
Psychiatrist & physiotherapist. Do not become dependent on medicine(SSRI's, SNRI'S, MAOI's or Anxiolytics).
