Suggest Treatment For Depression & Anxiety Disorder
I'm a 53 year young female who has suffered from depression, anxiety disorder, and ptsd for over 30 years. I have been "dubbed" hypersensitive relating to all my senses. It doesn't have to be about "bad" things but is about the "good" things as well. It seems I hear, see, feel etc etc more strongly than others. Could this be from the ptsd which is from a long life of abuse. Thanks.
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. The hyper sensitivity you are talking about is supposed to be hallucinations. Echoing thoughts, or illusions that somebody talking to you or you hear voices etc are symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia. You should need differential diagnosis from an expert psychiatrist and further treatment. Please consult a good experienced psychiatrist.
Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
