Suggest Treatment For Depression, Numbness In Arm And Tingling In Fingers

Hi I ve been suffering with depression, numbness in my arm, tingling in my fingers, hands and face, pain in my head and blurred vision and dizziness, muscle tension around my shoulders and neck and cannot sleep I have been to see the doctors but nothing is diagnosed should I get some test to see what is going on ? I m 52

do you have any other associated illness like hypertension, diabetes
