Suggest Treatment For Depression With Low Concentration
Hi Sir/Ma'am
I am a student of B. Tech 4th year. I guess I am in depression. I have been feel sad , demotivated , low and very lifeless since 5-6 days. I am unable to concentraye in anything I do and when I get up in morning a very weird feeling is there and I just feel like running out of here. I am really helpless

continuous sadness, lack of pleasure in almost all activities are the cardinal features of depression. the others shud be present also.. but if it has started recently for 5 to 6 days then you can not call it depression. it must be related to some kind of stress. stress related to studies is common and other issues in college students you know very well..
if there are issued that need to be addressed then deal with them and solve. if you are helpless you shud tell your parents about it and ask for support..
in my opinion, you shud talk to a psychiatrist if symptoms are very severe and interfering with your studies. there are may treatment option like, drug therapy, psychotherapy. drugs are very useful initially later on you can maintained on psychotherapy.
