Suggest Treatment For Depression

Hi I am suffering from depression and have seen my family Dr. who put me onto a course in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I haven't started yet but, is a long list and not sure how long it will take for me to see someone. I'm searching the internet for support.

I was unaware that there is a cost associated with this.

Thanks for putting up your query in health care magic.If I had similar patient I would have started him on low dose antidepressant with cognitive behaviour therapy(CBT) and one has to be consistent with both for faster recovery.CBT does cost you per session.Hope I could solve your query.
