Suggest Treatment For Depression

hi i am suffering from depression i am having very rough talk with my wife sometimes sometimes when i feel very much anger p****** please please help me and suggest me i am taking oxetol 450 mg on the prescription of a psychiatrist from last 1 month and seeing improvement when i am taking medicine whether i have to continue the same or not any side effect in future

Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You have depression and have history of anger outbursts. Though you have not mentioned more details of your clinical history still it appears that you have bipolar disorder. You are on Oxetol or Oxcarbazapine which also strengthens diagnosis of bipolar depression.

Oxetol is a safe drug. The drug is a mood stabiliser drug and the drug is free of serious side effects. In some individuals it can cause mild sedation, restlessness, nausea, vomiting, dizziness etc. Only in rare it can cause skin rashes and which rarely can progress to serious skin reactions. But these side effects are usually not seen in therapeutic doses.

It is safe to use the drug for long time also. Please continue to take the drug as per your prescription. Continue to visit your doctor regularly.
