Suggest Treatment For Depression
I was recently hospitalized for suicidal depression. The Psychiatrist put me on Depakote. Almost immediately I began having severe bouts of diarrhea. This doctor told me nothing about this drug. She called it a mood stabilizer. When I asked her about whether or not this was a side-effect, she basically told me not to jump to conclusions. However, I thought I remembered reading about this drug being some kind of anti-seizure medication, but when I asked her about this, she neither confirmed nor denied it. Now I ve read that it is used to treat mania, but I was hospitalized for depression not mania. Do you think this is the type of drug I should be taking?

in my opinion though it is ant seizure it is used in mood stabilisation
even in cases of history os repeated suicidal attempts it is useful
some individuals also experience loose stools during the initial period
it is necessary to hydrate yourself
