Suggest Treatment For Dermoid Cyst

I seem to be having a dermoid cyst and will be undergoing surgery in a weeks time. Which specific doctor would I need to consult. I am aware that it needs to be a gynae but would it be anything specific within that category, it needs to be open surgery as the cyst is big and near the aorta.
