I m 36and i ve developed desiccation and right centrolateral protrusion/extrusion with mild caudal migration of L4 and L5 disc with thecal sac compression, bilateral foraminal encroachment and left sided traversing nerve root impingement. Can it be cured without surgery, with proper exercise. If yes, what exercises i ve to practice?
Since the disc was extruded and migrated, it is very unlikely that you will improve with surgery. Exercise in such a case may worsen the condition. In my opinion, go for the surgery.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
