Suggest Treatment For Desquamative Inflammatory Vaginitis

I have been diagnosed several years ago with desquamative inflammatory vaginitis . I was on an internal regimen of an antibiotic, estrogen and cortisone. My pharmacist raised concerns about the hydrocortisone level of 10%. Subsequently the dose was reduced to 3% and the antibiotic was removed because I kept having yeast issues. Now I am still having discomfort, yellow discharge. Do you think I need to add back in the higher dose hydrocortisone and antibiotic? I am 54 years old. Thank you!
