Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain

My 22 year old son complained of LRQ pain last Saturday afternoon, no other symptoms. He took some ibuprofen and a nap and felt better. Today, he says the pain is back, it is a dull ache plus some diarrhea. No fever or change in appetite. Possible appendicitis?

See local doctor.
Drink plenty of water.
NSAIDs can sometime cause diarrhea.
take probiotic.
