Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Chest Pain While On Protonix
Since I have been taking Protonix I have had a little diarriha, chest pains off and on no appetite losing weight and nausea and vomiting. Should I stop taking the medicine? I told my doctor and she says to continue to take it because I need time for the medication to get in my body. I have been on it for a month now.

It is not related to Protonix. As first-line management, you can take antimotility drugs like racecadotril for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
