Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Constipation
I have been feeling a constant urge to have a bowel movement. It feels urgent like i have diarrhea and then when i am on the toilet, i feel constipated. I have not been eating much so i know i shouldn t be producing much waste. I dont feel any other symptoms and am curios if this may just be a stomach bug

fasting cause constipation try to have more vegetable diet or fiber rich diet... it will relive you from the prob
