Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Nausea In A Child
My son is round 30lbs and is almost 4 years old. Today he woke up puking, puked like 5 or 6 times. he still feels little nauseous,hes had diareah all day greenish and watery. now im noticeing tiny red dots all over his face. hes non alleric to anything as far as we know and is currently not on any meducation. please help whats wrong with my son,this is out of the blue has been just fine.

stools may be green if he consumes green leafy vegetables usually.
May be infective diarrhea and it is worth trying ofloxacin+ornidazole combination 2 times daily.
You may also add Sporolac one sachet daily.

ur son may be suffering from acute gastroenterititisAGE .
it is most commonly due to viral illness and cause of AGE is rotavirus.
most important part of treatment is to maintain dehydration by giving plenty of water .
dont worry it will take some day to get normal.
if any of the following sign he has like
_shunken eyes
_fewer tears while crying , dry tongue.
_being lethargic, weakness, irritable.
if has drowsiness ,breathlessness then its emergency to take ur child to hospital for intravenous fluids .
use zinc syp od for 14 days to get fastest recovery from loose motion and probiotic like racigyl sachet .
