Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Pain During Bowel Movement

Hi, I am having some testicular (prostate) area fullness/some pain when i have a bowel movement for the last two days or so. I m also having some minor stomach cramps with mile gas pains where I have to go take a bowel movement relatively quickly, kind of like a diahrhea episode but the consistently is more like a couple short normal stools with minal mucus/watery - not like normal diahreah. This is not my usual bowel movement process. Its happened two or three times a day but I m not on the toilet for long like a normal diahreah bout.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of diarrhea and pain during bowel movement which can be due to many reasons like food intolerance, bacterial infection by H. pylori, food allergy, parasitic infection or inflammatory bowel disease. Need not to worry. You should take plenty of fluids in diet. You should not lay down immediately after having food. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antacids along with proton pump inhibitors like ornidazole , albendazole , omeprazole along with loperamide. You should take oral rehydrating solution. For now eat light and non spicy , eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana .
