Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Severe Stomach Pain

Sir my daughter has been having diarrhea from yesterday noon probably because of something spicy or stale she ate day before I gave her cyclopam for her pain in stomach but she has been frequently passing loose stools throughout night and still complains of pain in stomach should I start normetrogyl or any other antibiotic

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter is having symptoms of diarrhea and severe stomach pain which seems to be due to electrolyte imbalance, food poisoning and could be due to irritable bowel syndrome.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to keep your head elevated while lying down. Ciplox TZ is the right medication combination for you. You should consult gastroenterologist once for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test, ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history and start treatment acccordingly. You should eat light and non spicy food and avoid food like seafood and nuts.
