Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Stomach Pain

My 4 year old was seen today in dr office and they think he has e. Coli. Sent a sample in but won t know until Monday. He has diarrhea every 15 min and bad stomach cramps no fever today but had 103 last night. They sent me home with a script for meteozonodole and said it would help with his diarrhea. He s not any better yet and complains of his neck hurting. It that normal for e. Colin?

For diarrhea you can give him some antibiotics like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal pain. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause. Give tab nitazoxanide for 5 days to completely get rid off diarrhea.
