Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Testicular Pain
My husband is 61 and has been experiencing Diarrhea for 2 months w left testicle pain. Two visits to dr. Found urinary infection and was given: levofloxacin 750 mg for 14 days and prior to that was taking cipro... For ten days. No fever but fatigue. Still having diarrhea and nausea and testiclical pain after diarrhea.

I really appreciate your concern, urinary tract infection in male is very less likely, if it the testicle pain then it need to be ruled out for epididymitis, diarrhea since 2 months then it could be dysentery, stool need to be sent for culture sensitivity and routine test, you have not mentioned the number of passing of stool per day, 3 to 4 passing of stool is normal one, hope this information helps.
