I caught a vomiting bug off my daughter last night, very violent vomiting (worse than her) but I do have hiatus hernia so that makes me more susceptible I feel. The vomit quickly turned dark brown and went on for a long time. I then had diarrhoea. Have drank water, coconut water today and it is staying down so far. Do I need to worry about the colour of my sick? Does it mean I have made stomach bleed? What is the best way to heal? Thanks :)
