General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history about your 2 year and 4 month old child having vomiting and passing diarrhea of green color, frequency 20-25 times, given Oflamac, Enetrogermina.
Since your son is only 2 year and 4 month old having diarrhea and vomiting also I would advise you the following:
Pediatric age patients can easily go into dehydration and its complications in such a case.
As per my opinion he should be admitted to the hospital for proper intravenous fluids, antibiotics and electrolytes to keep the balance safe.
Single large vomitus can lead to electrolyte balance, cause adverse effects on kidney and other systems of body.
Hospitalization also allows proper clinical monitoring, time to time blood, urine and stool tests and other investigations to see for the progress.
Green color stools is indicative of gram negative intestinal infection which can be difficult to control.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
