Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting

My daughter has been throwing up the past 2 weeks with abit of diarrhea she is fine in the day then come night time she is sick alshe has had a urine test and has no infections but she ia throwing up abit now likr white foam and complains of stomach pain by her belly button what.could it be

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have not mentioned age of your daughter....

It could be gastroenteritis by viral or bacterial infection...

Maintain hydration with lots of water and ORS...

For vomiting domperidone tablet can be prescribed

Diarrhea could be from bacterial overgrowth and for that rifaximine can be prescribed

Avoid excess spicy and fried foods...

Stool examination and USG should be done for further work up

Take care

Consult physician for examination and further work up
