Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting
having stomach issues for the past week. began with diarrhea and vomiting sunday evening. since then I have had issues with very bad gas that seems to build up in my stomach all day and yellow bowel movements. i ve had a sinus infection for a couple weeks now that i have yet to take care of but these new issues are strange.

Diarrhea could be caused by an infection or bad food combination. In your case, I think the food is to be blamed. I will suggest that you avoid mixing several different food types, drink much water and exercise often. Healing should be spontaneous and I don’t think there is need for further medical intervention.
