Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting
hello doctor from around 6 o clock i started feeling very nautious and have diarreah and since then ive been vomiting and running to the bathroom cause of my diarreah all night its 1 am now, i tried taking pepto bismol but it didnt help and now my insides are causing me pain

Hello,
You may be suffering from food poisoning or acute gastroenteritis or acid reflux.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid oily and spicy food. Use tablet Pantoprazole.
Drink plenty of liquids and ORS solution. use tablet Ofloxacin and Ornidazole.
If symptoms not improved or developed an allergy to above drug please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
