First I got admitted in 3 4 din medical for dihhirea। After that 3 days there was severe pain in my right back.After 2 days again I felt weak and got admitted again.Medical discharge happened but felt weak for 15 days.After checking then it was found that pus cell and e.coil. doctor give me nitrofurntoin and alkasol by looking urine r/ m report .....my urin color is deep yellow and i feel bitter test and from dihhirea it about 1 month but i feel weak

Hello,

Take anti-diarrheals and digestives. Take Liv 52 and Aristo Zyme syrup to regulate your digestion and metabolism. Get liver function tests done to rule out any liver enlargement or dysfunction. Take boiled water after cooling and homemade boiled food for a couple of days. Food should be well cooked. avoid eating anything raw. Do not take fried food, junk food, oily or spicy food. Take adequate amount of fluids and water. Keep yourself well hydrated.

Take acetaminophen, one stat after food to get rid of backache. Take multivitamin tablets, once daily for 10 days. It will help you feel better. Get repeat urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. If infection is persistent you will need to take a course of antibiotic. Get clinically examined by a urologist. Avoid using public washrooms. Take care of your hygiene.
