Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Fatigue And Sore Throat
Sir I had an exposure 10 months before and after a week for three months I had all kind of symptoms like sore throat fever pimples on chest blur vision . I had taken hiv test this Sep 24 and the immunossay test was negative. I took another 4th gen plus elisa test again after one day and that too was non reactive. Still iam having loose motion ...blur vision fatigue loose motion etc..will u plz advice me

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have diarrhea, fatigue and sore throat which seems to be due to upper respiratory tract infection or viral infection. The symptoms can also occur due to food intolerance ,food allergy ,bacterial or viral infection or parasitic infection or inflammatory bowel disease. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for throat swab test and get blood tests done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should do warm saline gargles. You should take antiallergic medication such as Levocetrizine. Take proper course of antibiotic along with mucolytic agents.Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for gastric problem. You can do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room. Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily to improve immunity. Eat probiotics food like yogurt , eat light and non spicy.
