Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Gas, Severe Neck Pain And Stomach Cramps
My boyfriend is sick, it started with gas, soon after diarrhea, yesterday he had awful neck pain, now he has cramps in his stomach all along continuous, it has been two days he missed one day of work, it looks like he is to sick to leave the sofa. What could he have?

Hello,
It can be gastroenteritis or a viral infection of the intestines. It may last for 3-5 days. He can use Loperamide and probiotics such Enterogermina or Yovita. He may increase fluid intake to feel hydrated.
